Zino Franciscatti, violinist

Here is another marvellous formal portrait dedicated to French pianist Emma Boynet -- who accompanied Franciscatti's recitals in France.  If ever there was a violinist who loved to play his instrument, who loved life, who loved to perform in public, who loved women, and who loved music (in that order,) it was Zino Franciscatti.  Mlle. Boynet called him 'the sun over the Mediterranean.'
