Isabelle Chapuis Starr, Senior Lecturer in Flute at San Jose State University, receives an award from SJSU President Don Kassing for her 30 years of distinguished teaching at the School of Music & Dance.

Here, at the awards ceremony on May 3, 2006, she was presented at the luncheon by the President and Provost of the University.

To the right of the number 4 is Dr. Gus Lease, the Chairman of the Music Department when Isabelle joined the faculty in 1975.
